Legal security and containment of growth in irregular areas of Atizapán

#Atizapán, #EstadoDeMéxico.- The Government of Atizapán de Zaragoza formed the Municipal Committee for the Prevention and Control of Urban Growth to offer legal certainty to those properties that can be recognized and at the same time contain the growth of irregular areas.

The Mayor, Pedro Rodriguez Villegas, who serves as president of the Committee, emphasized that it is about giving legal certainty to the patrimony of the people of Atizapán.

«With the integration of this Committee, we want to give certainty to the patrimony of the families that for many years have lacked legal certainty of their properties, in which they have invested their resources and that today have not been able to realize that investment, that property they have,» said Rodriguez Villegas.

During the installation of the administrative body, the Municipal President of Atizapán de Zaragoza, thanked the Governor of the State of Mexico, Alfredo del Mazo, for the impulse he has given to the regularization of land tenure throughout the state and also in Atizapán de Zaragoza.

He recalled that recently agreements were signed with state and federal agencies such as the Instituto Mexiquense de la Vivienda Social (IMEVIS) and the Instituto Nacional del Suelo Sustentable (INSUS), to work in favor of people who want to have legal order in their properties.
